Alright, let’s gab about this Trish Stratus gal, you know, the one from wrestling. Folks keep askin’, “How old is Trish Stratus?” Well, lemme tell ya, as of December 2023, that woman’s 48 years young. Can you believe it? Forty-eight! Heck, back in my day, 48 felt ancient, but these young’uns these days, they’re somethin’ else.
Now, I ain’t no wrestling expert, mind you. I just watch it sometimes when the grandkids are over. But even I know Trish Stratus. She was a big deal in that WWE thing, a champion they say. And she’s still scrappin’ even now, went back to fight some Becky Lynch gal. Feudin’, they call it. Sounds like somethin’ outta the hills, don’t it?

But let’s get back to this age thing. Folks are always surprised when they hear she’s 48. I reckon it’s ’cause she looks so good. Probably all that yoga she does. Yep, she owns a yoga studio, can you imagine? Bendin’ and twistin’ like a pretzel. Not for this old body, I tell ya.
And get this, she retired from wrestlin’ full-time way back in 2006, when she was only 30. Thirty! That’s younger than my niece’s oldest boy. Folks thought she was too young to quit, but she had her reasons, I guess. Maybe she wanted to start a family or somethin’.
Speakin’ of family, that brings me to her husband, Ron Fisico. Now, there’s a good man. Been with her since high school, they say. Fourteen years they dated before gettin’ hitched in 2006. Imagine that! Nowadays, these young’uns are lucky if they stay together for fourteen weeks.
Ron and Trish, they got two little sprouts. A boy named Maximus, born in 2013, he’s ten now. And a little girl, Madison, born in 2017, she’s about six. Bet they keep Trish on her toes. Kids will do that to ya.
It’s funny, you know, folks always makin’ up stories ’bout Trish and other wrestlers. But she’s always been true to Ron, never messed around with none of them muscle-bound fellas. She’s a good woman, that Trish, a family woman.
So, there you have it. Trish Stratus, 48 years old, a wrestler, an actress, a yoga studio owner, a wife, and a mama. She’s done a lot in her life, that’s for sure. And she’s still goin’ strong. Makes me tired just thinkin’ about it.
You know, life’s a funny thing. One minute you’re watchin’ these youngsters on TV, and the next minute you’re talkin’ about how old they are. Time flies, I tell ya. But Trish Stratus, she’s proof that age ain’t nothin’ but a number. She’s still out there, kickin’ butt and takin’ names. Good for her, I say. Good for her.
