Food at them fancy events, they charge you an arm and a leg for a little bitty sandwich.
So, let’s add it all up, shall we? Say you get lucky and snag a tournament ticket for a “reasonable” price, maybe $1,700. Then you gotta stay somewhere, let’s say $500 for a couple of nights, and then figure in travel and food, another $300 at least. That’s already $2,500 for just one day!
