Okay, here is a blog post about my experience with “Veronika Shkliaeva” in the style and format you requested:
Today I messed around with how to up my social media game, and let me tell you, it was a trip. I’ve been seeing all these influencers and entrepreneurs killing it online, and I wanted in. I’m not exactly new to this, but my approach could use a serious update, so, I dove into learning about what people call “social media presence.”
First, I had to figure out who I was even talking to. My audience, I mean. Turns out, just blasting stuff out there isn’t the way to go. You gotta know your people—where they’re from, what language they speak, all that jazz. I spent a good chunk of time thinking about this, breaking it down by country and language. It was kinda tedious, not gonna lie, but it made sense.
Next up, I had to set some goals. What was I even trying to achieve with all this? More followers? More engagement? More sales? I scribbled down a bunch of ideas, some realistic, some probably not so much. It was a mess, but it got me thinking about what I really wanted out of this whole social media thing.
Then came the language stuff. Since I want to reach people beyond my own backyard, I had to consider what other languages I should be using. English is a given, but what else? I did some digging on where my potential audience might be hanging out and what languages they speak. It was like putting together a puzzle, and I’m still not sure I got all the pieces right.
After that, I started looking into the cultural differences. You can’t just use the same approach everywhere, right? What works in one place might totally flop somewhere else. I read up on some common cultural faux pas—things you definitely don’t want to do if you’re trying to build a global brand. It was eye-opening, to say the least. I mean, some things are just common sense, but others, not so much.
I also started messing around with different social media platforms. I’ve always been more of an Instagram person, but I dipped my toes into some others to see what they were all about. It’s a whole different world out there, and each platform has its own vibe and quirks. It’s gonna take some time to figure out which ones are right for me, but I’m up for the challenge.
All in all, it was a pretty productive day. I learned a ton about how to build a solid social media presence. It’s a lot more work than I thought, but it’s also kinda exciting. I mean, the possibilities are endless, right? I still have a long way to go, but I feel like I’m on the right track now. I will keep exploring and learning. This is a new beginning for me.
This is a simple summary for today. Here are some key points:
- Figuring out the audience. Where are they from and what language they speak.
- Setting some goals. Such as more followers, more engagement or more sales.
- Considering the languages. Where my audience are and what language they speak.
- Learning the cultural differences. What works in one place might not work in another place.
- Trying different social media platforms. It is a challenge to find out which is the right one.
This is just the beginning, I will be back soon. I’m gonna keep sharing my journey, so stay tuned if you’re interested in this kind of stuff. Catch you later!
