Okay, so I saw this crazy video online, and you know I had to try it out myself. It’s about Dricus du Plessis, the UFC fighter, and this whole thing where he kissed his coach after a fight. People are making a big deal out of it, saying it’s weird, it’s this, it’s that. I’m like, “Hold up, let’s see what the fuss is all about.”
First off, I dug up some videos of this guy, Dricus. Watched a bunch of his fights. The dude’s a beast, no doubt. Then, I found that specific fight where he plants one on his coach. It’s a quick peck, right after a win, he’s all hyped up, adrenaline pumping. I get it, you’re in the moment, you’ve just won a huge fight, emotions are running high.
My Little Experiment
- So, I set up a little experiment. I got my buddy, who’s into working out, to simulate a “win” – let’s just say he had to do a bunch of push-ups until he was totally gassed.
- After he “won” his push-up battle, I went in for a quick peck, just like Dricus did. I know, I know, it sounds nuts.
- We’re both cracking up at this point, but I wanted to see if it felt weird, if there was some kind of deeper connection or something.
Honestly, it was just funny. No weird vibes, no secret meaning. It was just a spontaneous, silly thing. It made me think, maybe this whole Dricus and his coach thing is just being blown out of proportion. Maybe it’s just a cultural thing, or just a spur-of-the-moment expression of excitement and gratitude.
I’m not saying everyone should go around kissing their coaches or trainers, but I think it’s worth considering that it might not be as big of a deal as people are making it out to be. It’s like when you hug a friend after something good happens – it’s just a way of expressing joy and camaraderie. Sometimes a kiss is just a kiss, you know? Not everything has to have some hidden, scandalous meaning. I had fun doing this little test, and it definitely made me think twice about jumping to conclusions based on a short video clip.
