Okay, so I’ve been seeing this Jake Paul haircut everywhere lately, and I thought, “Why not give it a shot?” So, I decided to go for it, and document the whole process.
First things first, I needed to figure out exactly what this haircut entailed. I started by looking up pictures and videos of Jake Paul online. I noticed it’s basically a fade on the sides and back, with longer, textured hair on top.
Next, I needed to find a barber who could pull this off. I asked around for recommendations and finally settled on this cool little barbershop downtown that had great reviews. I booked an appointment for the next day.
When I got to the barbershop, I showed the barber some photos of Jake Paul. We talked about how long I wanted the top to be and how short I wanted the fade. I decided to go for a mid-skin fade because I thought it would look the sharpest.
Getting the Cut
- The barber started by sectioning off the top part of my hair.
- Then, he used clippers to create the fade on the sides and back. He expertly blended the different lengths, starting from a zero at the bottom and gradually increasing the length as he moved up.
- Once the fade was done, he trimmed the top using scissors, adding some texture and layers to give it that messy, piecey look that Jake Paul has.
- Finally, he styled my hair with some pomade, pushing it back and to the side to complete the look.
I was really happy with the way it turned out. It looked just like the pictures I had shown him. The fade was clean, and the top had just the right amount of texture. The barber did a fantastic job!
I paid for the haircut, thanked the barber, and headed home. I couldn’t stop checking myself out in every reflective surface I passed. This Jake Paul haircut was definitely a win!
I spent the rest of the day feeling pretty good about my new look. I even got a few compliments. I guess you could say I was feeling like a “real job” kinda guy, even if it was just for a day. I prayed to the heavens and hoped it would last! And let me tell you, I hit the big time. The girls loved the new look.
This whole experience was fun. Maybe I’ll try another celebrity haircut next time!
