Okay, here’s my blog post about figuring out Ken Duke’s net worth, written in a casual, personal style:
So, I got curious the other day about Ken Duke. You know, the golfer? I was watching some tournament highlights and started wondering, “How much is this guy actually worth?” I mean, he’s been around a while, had some wins… gotta be a decent chunk of change, right?
I started by, you know, the obvious. I Googled it. “Ken Duke net worth.” Boom. A bunch of websites popped up, all with different numbers. Some said a few million, others were way higher. It was a total mess. I was like, “Seriously? Nobody knows for sure?”
I decided to dig a little deeper. I figured, okay, let’s look at his career earnings first. That’s public info, right? PGA Tour website, here I come! I spent a good chunk of time, probably like 20 minutes, scrolling through his yearly earnings. Adding them up, keeping track on a piece of paper. My handwriting is atrocious, by the way.
My process of the searching:
- I looked up all the usual “net worth” sites. Total mixed bag.
- Then, I tracked down official PGA Tour earnings. Felt like a real detective.
- I put it all the earnings and calculate.
After that, I was still feeling like the numbers I was finding online were a little…off. I looked for the endorsements, and those things are much harder to find concrete numbers on.
So, yeah, that’s where I’m at. Still not 100% sure about the exact number. But, I had fun doing my little investigation. It’s kinda like a puzzle, you know? And hey, at least I got a better sense of how much these pro golfers actually make!
I might keep digging around when I have some more free time. It’s become a bit of a mini-obsession. If I find anything really solid, I’ll definitely share it. For now, though, I’m calling it a “pretty good estimate” and moving on to my next random internet deep dive!
