Okay, so today I decided to dive headfirst into this “Scottie’s Mansion” thing in Monopoly Go. I’d heard some chatter online about it, figured I’d see what all the fuss was about. First things first, I opened up the game. You know, the usual routine – tapped the icon, waited for it to load, all that jazz.
Once I was in, I started poking around. I wasn’t totally sure where to find this Scottie’s Mansion, so I just started exploring. I scrolled through the different boards, clicked on a few things, you know, the standard exploratory stuff.
Then, I spotted it! There was this special event icon, kind of looked like a little house, and it had “Scottie’s Mansion” written right there. I tapped on that bad boy. Boom! A new screen popped up, showing me this whole new area. It’s like a mini-game within the main game, pretty cool.
The Gameplay
Inside Scottie’s Mansion, the main thing is you need to find some dog tokens in this whole new area. You get a set amount of turns, and you have to use those rolls to move around, get properties, do this and do that, and collect what the game called tokens.
What I quickly realized is it’s all about being smart with your rolls, you know I need to think about it to get max rewards. I tried to aim for spaces that would give me more rewards, rather than just randomly moving around. I even noticed that some spaces had multipliers, so I was definitely trying to land on those!
- Find dog tokens: Collect them to win the game.
- Limited Turns: Make every roll count.
- Be smart: Don’t waste your rolls.
It took a few tries, but I finally managed to complete a few rounds of the event. The rewards were pretty decent, I gotta say. I got some extra dice rolls, some in-game cash, and even a few of those special shield skins. Not too shabby!
Overall, it was a fun little diversion. It’s not something I’d probably spend hours on, but it’s a nice way to break up the regular Monopoly Go gameplay and earn some extra goodies. I’ll probably check it out again next time it pops up. It is a good way to get some rewards.
