Okay, so I was super curious about how many pars were made at the 2023 Masters. I mean, we always hear about the birdies and eagles, but what about the plain old pars? So, I started digging around to find the answer.

My Search Journey
First, I hit up the official Masters website. I figured they’d have all the stats, right? I poked around the site, checking out different sections, but honestly, I couldn’t find a simple, straightforward number for total pars.
Then, I broadened my search to Google. I typed in a bunch of different searches, like “2023 Masters total pars,” “how many pars were scored at the 2023 Masters,” and stuff like that.I even tried to see each players round scores.
After looking at the round scores of many players,I decided to count them one by one.
- First round.I found most of players made 4-6 pars.
- Second * same thing.
- Third * data were similar.
- Forth round.I still got the similar results.
Doing Some Math
So,because it was a four-round tournament, I use 5(the average number I got) 4(rounds) 88(the number of players) = 1760.
I guess that’s all!
