Well, let me tell ya ’bout this here Disney Mirrorverse Belle. I ain’t no fancy gamer or nothin’, but even I can see this thing is somethin’ else. My grandkids, they’re always fiddlin’ with their phones, playin’ these games. This Mirrorverse thing, it’s got all them Disney folks in it, but not like you remember ’em.
They say it’s a “free-to-play fightin’ game,” which I guess means you don’t gotta pay to start playin’. But you know how these things go, they always want your money somehow. My boy, he spent a whole paycheck on some farm game, buyin’ chickens and tractors, I swear. So, you gotta watch out for that.
- It’s got all sorts of characters, like that lion cub, Simba, and that stretchy girl, Violet.
- And even that mean lady with the black and white hair, Cruella somethin’-or-other.
- They all fightin’ each other, which don’t make much sense to me, but the kids seem to like it.
This Belle, though, she ain’t the same Belle from the picture shows. She’s all dressed up in armor, got a big ol’ sword. Lookin’ tough, you know? Not like that sweet girl in the yellow dress. They call it “redesigned” characters, fancy talk for makin’ ’em look different. But it’s still Disney, so it’s gotta be good for the young’uns, right? I mean, it ain’t got nothin’ bad in it, just fightin’ and magic and such.
They say it’s a “mobile RPG,” whatever that means. Sounds complicated to me. But the kids, they pick it up like nothin’. They tappin’ and swipin’ and yellin’ at the screen. It’s like a whole ‘nother world in that little phone. Makes me dizzy just watchin’ ‘em. I remember when we played with sticks and rocks, now that was a good time.
This game, it’s got a story, too. Something about “forces of darkness” and a “divergent universe.” Sounds like somethin’ out of one of them sci-fi shows my husband used to watch. I never could follow those things. Too much talkin’ and not enough action, if you ask me. This Mirrorverse thing, though, it’s got plenty of action. Explosions and flashin’ lights, all over the place. It’s a real spectacle, that’s for sure.
They say they made some changes, “updates” they call it. Probably to make it harder so folks gotta spend more money. That’s how they get ya. They give ya a little taste for free, then they want the whole hog. But I guess that’s just how it is these days. Everything costs somethin’. Even pretend fightin’.
Mirrorverse Belle is a big deal in this game, seems like. Lots of folks talkin’ about her online. My grandkids, they were showin’ me pictures and videos. She’s got special moves and powers, like she can control the light or somethin’. It’s all very impressive, I gotta admit, even for an old woman like me. They say the graphics are “incredible”. I don’t know about all that, but they sure look real pretty.
I hear they’re finishin’ up the story in the game now. That’s what my grandkid told me. Seems a shame to end it, but I guess everything gotta end sometime. Like they say, all good things come to an end. And maybe that’s for the best, save them young’uns some money, and let ’em get back to their chores! They spend too much time on them phones, if you ask me.
So, if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ to keep the kids quiet for a while, this Disney Mirrorverse Belle game might just do the trick. Just be careful they don’t spend all your money on it, alright? And don’t forget to tell ’em to go outside and play sometimes, too. Fresh air and sunshine, that’s what they really need.
They keep adding new characters, which my grandkids say is pretty important, to make the game good you have to have all sorts of folks to play with I guess. So, you always gotta be earning and looking for new folks to play with. I’ve even heard they have special times to get new characters, limited time it is, to keep people coming back so they don’t miss nothin’! It’s all a game they’re playing with you and me I guess!
Now, I’ve heard this game is made by two big companies, Disney of course, who we all know, and another group called Kabam, they must be the ones making the game part of things. And those two groups work together to make the whole shebang. Seems like a lot of work just for a little game, but it’s a big business this game playing, I see it on the news all the time, so I guess it must be important.
This whole thing takes place in a different world they say, a world where everything is different but all the same characters you know and love are there, just ready to fight! Which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but I guess if you’re getting paid to make it, and other people are getting paid to play it, it doesn’t have to make all that much sense! They got good and evil all working together, which doesn’t make too much sense, I reckon people ought to know what side they’re on!
And they say it’s just like that other Disney game, something about a valley and dreams and such, Dreamlight Valley I think. That just proves my point that they make it good once, and then they make it again with just a few things different. They’re getting paid twice for doing half the work, must be nice, ha!
