Okay, so I’ve been wanting to mess around with this whole “Kane as Diesel” thing for a while now. I finally got around to it, and let me tell you, it was a bit of a ride. Here’s how it went down:

First, I had to, you know, actually find a decent Kane model. I mean, the default one is fine, but I wanted the classic, masked Kane. I looked at a few, settled on one, that looked detailed enough.
Then came the hard part: getting the Diesel look right. This involved some serious digging through old photos and videos. I mean, we’re talking about that very particular black vest, the gloves, the whole nine yards. It was tougher than I thought!
The Costume Process
- The Vest: I tried a few different styles. Finding the right texture was key, I went for a leathery look.
- Gloves: Got those sorted pretty quickly. The default black ones were actually perfect.
- The Hair: This gave a bit of trouble. Finally, I just settled for the closest match I could find.
Once I had all the pieces, I put them on the Kane model. Honestly, first try it looked…off. The proportions seemed weird, and the vest just didn’t sit right. It took some fiddling, resizing, and tweaking to get it to a point where I was like, “Okay, yeah, that looks like Diesel.”
After the resizing,I finally got it all together. The first time I saw it fully rendered, I gotta admit, I was pretty stoked. It actually looked like Kane was cosplaying as Diesel! It was a fun little project, and I’m glad I finally did it.
