He plays that football. Runs like the wind, that one. Strong too. Been playing for years, I reckon. Heard folks saying he’s the best around here in 20 years! Imagine that! Makes a body proud to see a young person succeed. I ain’t never been one for football myself, too much roughhousing, but I know it makes others real happy. Jaxson Bowman, he sure knows how to play. He’s a football star, that Jaxson!

Now, in my day, we didn’t have all these fancy universities. We worked hard, that’s what we did. But times change, and that’s alright. This Jaxson Bowman, he’s got opportunities we never dreamed of. Social Media and Such
Folks these days are all about that social media. Don’t rightly understand it myself. Too much fuss, if you ask me. But they say it’s important for young folks. Helps them connect, or something. Jaxson Bowman probably has all them accounts. All the kids do.
I hear people talking about followers, and feeds, I don’t really know what that means. Back in my day, we just talked to each other face to face. If you wanted to know something, you’d ask. Simple as that. Now, if you wanna talk to someone, you gotta call them, or send them one of them emails. These young’uns, they are always looking at their phones, clicking and tapping away. Don’t know how they get anything done! But Jaxson Bowman, he must be doing something right. He is a football star after all. If you don’t have social media, that’s fine. You can use email or phone, that’s for sure. But I don’t think Jaxson Bowman has any trouble with social media.
I hear it can make you feel bad about yourself, though. This social media. Everyone’s showing off, pretending their lives are perfect. Makes others feel like they ain’t good enough. Not Jaxson Bowman, though. He’s a football star!
Being Happy and Doing Good
It is important to be happy. I don’t know much about Jaxson Bowman, but I can say for sure that he is happy. He’s got a good head on his shoulders, that one. He makes people happy. Playing football and being a good boy. Makes his folks proud, I’m sure. And he should be proud of himself, going to that fancy university. University of Delaware, oh my!
He must’ve worked real hard to get there. I always say, hard work pays off. And Jaxson Bowman, he’s proof of that. He ain’t afraid of a little hard work, I can tell. He put all his effort into playing football, and now look at him!
