Okay, so I saw this thing online about Lamar Jackson, the football player. He posted a picture of himself working out, and man, he looks different! I decided to dig into it.
First, I found this picture of him. His arms look way bigger now. It’s crazy how much a person can change their body. I was curious about how he did it, so I started looking up his workout routine.
Apparently, he’s all about getting in super good shape to keep up his speed and stamina. You know, he’s famous for being able to run and throw really well. I guess he wants to be even better, which is kind of scary for the other teams.
I watched some videos about him, and there was this one from a couple of years ago where he said he felt fat. Can you believe that? A professional athlete feeling fat! It just goes to show that everyone has their own body image stuff to deal with.
I also learned that he had a low GPA in high school. I mean, a 1.5 GPA. In one interview, he said that school comes first. It’s interesting to see how people can turn things around. Now he’s this amazing NFL player.
- Watched some videos of Lamar Jackson talking about his training.
- Looked up articles about his workout routine and diet.
- Tried to find more shirtless pictures of him to see the progress.
- Read some interviews where he talked about his goals and mindset.
What I tried:
Then there was this one game where he ran super fast, like 21.25 mph! They said it was the fastest he’d ever run in a game. It’s amazing what the human body can do.
So, yeah, that’s what I’ve been up to. Just getting lost in the world of Lamar Jackson’s fitness journey. It’s pretty inspiring, even if you’re not a football fan. It makes me want to get off my butt and go for a run, haha. But seriously, it’s cool to see how dedicated he is to being the best he can be.
