Okay, so today I decided to dive into the world of NFL mock drafts, specifically using the PFN Mock Draft Simulator. I’ve always been a huge football fan, and with the draft coming up, I figured it’d be fun to play GM for a bit.

First things first, I had to find the simulator. It was pretty easy, just searched for “PFN Mock Draft Simulator” and It’s the first one I found. I must say I was lost at the beginning, but soon I got it.
Getting Started
Once I got to the site, I was greeted with a pretty clean interface. I could select which team I wanted to control, or I could even control all 32 teams if I was feeling ambitious. I decided to take the reins of my favorite team, the Chicago Bears, and see if I could build them into a contender. I mean, why not?
Making My Picks
- Round 1: I get it, The pressure was on! I had to make a splash with my first pick. After looking at the available players and my team’s needs, I decided to go with a star wide receiver. I figured a dynamic playmaker on offense was exactly what the team needed.
- Rounds 2-7: Then I went on, Things got a bit trickier in the later rounds. I had to balance drafting for need with trying to find the best available players. I focused on shoring up the offensive and defensive lines, adding some depth at linebacker, and grabbing a promising young cornerback. It was a bit of a whirlwind, but I felt like I was making some solid moves.
Trades and Tribulations
One of the cool things about the simulator is that you can make trades. I got a couple of offers for my later-round picks, but I decided to stand pat. I felt like I could find some real value in those rounds, and I didn’t want to give up too much draft capital. But still, it feels great that someone offers me a deal.
The Final Result
After making all my picks, I took a step back to look at my newly drafted team. I gotta say, I was pretty pleased with myself! I felt like I had addressed some key needs and added some exciting young talent to the roster. Of course, only time will tell if my picks pan out, but for now, I’m feeling pretty good about my virtual GM skills.
Overall, using the PFN Mock Draft Simulator was a blast. It was a fun way to kill some time and get even more hyped for the upcoming NFL draft. If you’re a football fan, I definitely recommend giving it a try. You might just discover your inner general manager!
