Well, well, well, folks, if you’re wonderin’ when Episode 9 cinematic in Valorant is comin’ out, let me tell ya, it’s gonna happen real soon! Now, if you’re waitin’ for the exact date, it’s all set for June 25, 2024. That’s when Episode 9: Collision Act 1 is gonna drop, and boy, it’s gonna be somethin’ to see. But, hold on, don’t expect it all at once everywhere, ‘cause depending on where you are in the world, the time might vary. Y’know, different time zones and all that.
But, this here Episode 9 is gonna last all the way until the end of 2024, so we got plenty of time to enjoy it, right? Each Episode in Valorant is split into three Acts, and the whole thing lasts about 6 months. So, we’re in for a long ride! But don’t think you gotta wait forever, ‘cause Act 1’s startin’ real soon.
Now, what’s all the fuss about this Episode 9, you ask? Well, apart from the cinematic that’s gonna be a treat, we’re also gettin’ a new agent and a fresh map. They ain’t tellin’ us much about the agent just yet, but I’m sure it’s gonna be a good one, somethin’ that’ll shake things up a bit. That’s how Valorant likes to do things, always keepin’ us on our toes.
If you like skins, you’re in for a real good time, too. They’ve got a brand new battle pass for Episode 9 that’s gonna let ya unlock all sorts of cool stuff. We’re talkin’ skins, cards, gun buddies, sprays – the whole shebang. That battle pass is gonna cost you 1 (I reckon that means something like 1 dollar or whatever the game currency is), but it’ll be worth it, I’m sure.
Let’s not forget the patches comin’ with this episode. The first one, Patch 9.06, is set to hit the game on September 24, 2024. From there, there’ll be more patches comin’ till December 10, 2024. So, you’ll wanna keep an eye out for those ‘cause they’re sure to bring in new fixes and maybe even some surprises.
Oh, and don’t go thinkin’ this Episode is all about the cinematic and skins. Nah, there’s more! Episode 9’s gonna bring some changes to the maps too. Y’all know how Valorant likes to keep it fresh with new stuff all the time, right? So, expect some changes in the map pool, maybe a few twists to the layout, or even brand new areas to fight in.
For those of ya who’ve been playin’ through the acts, here’s a little heads-up. Act 3 of Episode 9 is scheduled to release on October 23, 2024, at 9 AM EST. That’s when we’ll see the new battle pass drop, and all the new goodies that come with it. And, if you’re from the Americas, y’all’ll get the update on October 23, while the rest of us from Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and Oceania will have to wait ‘til the 24th.
It ain’t just about skins and agents, either. There’ll be some big changes in Valorant’s competitive play too. You know, your ranks and all that jazz. If you’ve done well in the past acts, you might even get a buddy to show off your highest Act Rank. A nice little reward for all the hard work.
So, all in all, it’s a big year for Valorant. From the cinematic to the new agents and maps, to the cool skins and competitive rewards, Episode 9’s gonna be packed with good stuff. Keep your eyes peeled for June 25, 2024, ’cause that’s when it all kicks off.
