Alright, listen up, y’all. Let me tell ya ’bout this WWE Hall of Fame 2024 thing. It’s a big deal, like a real big to-do, where they give a big pat on the back to them wrestlers been thumpin’ and slammin’ for years.
So, this year, they call it the 25th edition. That’s a whole lotta years of folks gettin’ thrown around in the ring, I tell ya. They had this shindig on April 5th, 2024. Don’t ask me why they picked that day, I ain’t got a clue. Maybe it was a Tuesday, maybe it was a Saturday, who knows? All I know is, it was the day them wrestlers got their due.
Now, they got this fella, Paul Heyman. Talks a whole lot, that one. And a lady, Bull Nakano, tough as nails, I bet. Then there’s The U.S. Express, a whole team of ’em. Thunderbolt Patterson, sounds like a fella you don’t wanna mess with. And Lia Maivia, a strong woman, they say. And even that boxer fella, Muhammed Ali, they put him in there too. Guess he did some wrestlin’ in his day, or somethin’. Anyway, they all got their fancy place in this Hall of Fame thing.
Folks keep askin’, “Where can I watch this here WWE Hall of Fame?” Well, lemme tell ya. If you’re in the States, you gotta get yourself this Peacock thing. It’s like a TV thing, but on the internet. Shows all sorts of stuff, not just wrestlin’. Everywhere else in the world, they got this WWE Network. Same kinda deal, I reckon.
- Peacock (USA): This is where them Americans watch it. Shows all the wrestlin’ shows, live and whatnot.
- WWE Network (Everywhere Else): If you ain’t in America, this is your ticket. Gets you all the same stuff.
Now, some folks were talkin’ about Disney+. That’s for music stuff, I think. They showed some awards show on there. And then they put a shorter version on ABC, one of them regular TV channels. And then on Hulu, whatever that is. Too many choices if you ask me. Just stick with Peacock or WWE Network, that’s what I say.
This year was a bit different, though. See, that fella Vince McMahon, he ain’t runnin’ the show no more. So this was the first batch of wrestlers gettin’ into the Hall of Fame without him callin’ the shots. Don’t know if that makes a difference or not, but folks were talkin’ about it.
And if you’re thinkin’ about seein’ these wrestlers in person, you gotta get yourself some WWE tickets. They got all sorts of shows, Monday Night Raw, Friday Night Smackdown, NXT 2.0, WrestleMania, Royal Rumble, SummerSlam… Sounds like a whole lotta smackin’ and grapplin’ going on. I ain’t never been to one of them things, too loud for my taste. But some folks love it.
So there ya have it. That’s the lowdown on the WWE Hall of Fame 2024. A big ol’ party for them wrestlers, with lots of ways to watch it. If you like watchin’ folks in tights throw each other around, then this is your kinda thing. Me? I’d rather watch the chickens in the yard, at least they don’t charge you for it.
Key things to remember: Peacock for the USA, WWE Network for everywhere else. 25th edition this year. Paul Heyman, Bull Nakano, and a bunch of others got in. And no more Vince McMahon runnin’ the show. That’s about it. Now go on and do somethin’ useful, you hear?
Just so you understand, this ain’t no regular party! It’s a big, fancy deal for them wrestlers who’ve been doin’ their thing for a long, long time. They get a special place, like a museum but for wrestlin’. It’s kinda like when you get a good ribbon at the county fair for your prize-winning pie, only a whole lot bigger.
And if you are wondering about the price, I hear this Peacock thing costs money, like ten dollars a month, or maybe fifteen if you don’t want them pesky commercials. The WWE Network probably costs somethin’ too, nothin’s free these days, not even air. But if you love your wrestlin’, I guess it’s worth it.
